Instant easy mix and serve directions: Put desired amount of cereal into a bowl. For baby's first feeding mix 1 Tbsp cereal with 5-6 Tbsp of breast milk or infant formula. Gradually increase amount and thickness with the next feedings. Stir in liquid to desired consistency. Because this cereal is made using a natural, unique cooking process, you will need more liquid than other baby cereals. Start with 4 Tbsp of liquid to 1 Tbsp of cereal. Add more liquid if desired. Serve as is or warm.
