Organic Mall, Inc., Organic Mall's supplier of products and it's partner websites provide their services to you with the following conditions. As such, please read these terms carefully. By accessing the Organicmall.com website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

Estimated Shipping Rate: The estimated shipping rate that you are given at check-out is calculated by UPS fees for orders up to 40 pounds. Anything over 40 pounds may be a higher rate since we do not know at your time of check-out how much packaging material will be needed to safely ship your order, like for product in glass bottles. After we package your order if your UPS rate is more than you were charged at check-out we will call you to get your approval for the additional cost before shipping your order to you.

Delivery Time: Shipping time is effective from the time your transaction is approved and settled, not from the time your order is placed. It usually takes the bank's gateway provider 48 hours M-F to complete your transaction. After we receive funds your order is packed and shipped within 72 hours M-F. Please allow 10 days M-F to receive your order. We do our best to ship orders quickly; however, your order may be delayed because of out-of-stock items, or other circumstances like weather. This is not a guarantee that all items will be available for shipping.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge OrganicMall.com will not be held accountable for delivery delays occasioned by uncontrollable circumstances. Delivery dates are the best estimates of OrganicMall.com, and you agree that OrganicMall.com will not be liable for any damages arising from delivery delay.

Holiday Schedule: If you have placed an order during the following times it will not be processed until we return:

New Year’s - January 1 & 2
Independence Day - first week in July
Fall Inventory - last week in September
Winter Holiday – last week in December

Tracking An Order: Please contact us if you have not received your products after 10 business days from placing your order, excluding weekends and the Warehouse's Holiday & Inventory Schedule (see above). We like to personally track your order for you so you do not have to. Give us a call at 512-809-8170 CST. DO NOT EMAIL us because your email may end up in our spam folder. Due to our high traffic volume we are unable to track an order by customer name. You MUST give us Your Order Number which is given to you instantly at checkout and in an email that was sent to you.

Organic Mall, Inc. Supplier: In order to offer you a one-stop-shop for over 5000 organic & natural food and products, OrganicMall.com is a distributor for a company who has a warehouse with all of these wonderful healthy products to sell to you at retail, or even sometimes below manufacturer's suggested retail price. You no longer have to order on the internet from several different companies and pay a lot of different shipping costs. But there are some guidlines that the warehouse wants all of us to follow. Please read below for their guidlines.

Overnight or 1-3 day priority is not available.
International is not available.
Orders within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped by Standard Ground using UPS Ground.
Alaska, Hawaii & US territories or military installations: Package(s) will arrive by Parcel Post Mail with Insurance. It may take the mail carrier an extra 3 business days to deliver your package excluding weekends & holidays. Please see the Warehouse Holiday Schedule above. We are unable to give you a USPS shipping rate at time of check-out. If you would like to know your shipping rate before confirming order please visit USPS.com to calculate your shipping costs using Parcel Post Mail with Insurance (Instructions are below). For reference, the departure zip code is 97021. After your products are packaged & mailed your credit card will be billed separately for shipping cost.
Returns/Exchanges: There are no returns on opened products, clothing that has been worn or houshold items that have been used. If the product(s) are damaged or defective you must contact OrganicMall.com by phone 512-809-8170 CST within 15 days of your original purchase date of your order with concerns. DO NOT EMAIL US because it may end up in our spam folder and we will not know that you are trying to contact us. We MUST have your Order Number that you receive at check-out to resolve the problem. You may need an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return your product(s). You will aquire this number from OrganicMall.com and after receiving it, this number is good for you to use within 14 days. After 14 days you will be unable to return the product. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we do not offer refunds unless it is an extreme case. These are the terms of the warehouse not of OrganicMall.com.

Instructions to calculate your postage at USPS.com:

1. Click on 'Calculate Postage'. Located at the top in the red bar on their homepage.

2. Click on 'Calculate Domestic Postage'.

3. Select a Shape. Click on 'Package'.

4. Enter the total weight of your products.

5. Enter 'From Zip Code' 97021 / To Zip Code

6. Click on 'Parcel Post', Additional Postage May Apply.

7. Click on 'Add Extra Services'

8. Protection in Transit - Click on 'Insurance'. The Amount of Insurance is the total cost of your products. Click on Add.

Out-Of-Stock Item: We are sorry, but you must place your order for these products again at a later date. Sometimes The Organic Mall Team may contacted you eithor by phone or email to ask if you would like your order to be held until we can fulfill your entire order. If we do not hear back from you within 48 business hours of contacting you, we will ship what we have in stock and refund your credit card for the cost of the these items only, including 50 cents per pound of each item for shipping cost. Due to the high volume of sales that the warehouse receives your product may be on the shelve at the time of purchase at OrganicMall.com but another order may before you and buy it all. It is not in OrganicMall.com's control to know if a product is in by the time your order is being packaged by the warehouse.

Cancel An Order or Wrong Product Ordered: The shopper has 24 hours from original purchase date & time to cancel their order. However, we will do everything we can to correct the situation with you. Refused orders & wrong product ordered will be credited less 50% restocking fee, freight and shipping/handling charges. To cancel an order, please contact us at 512-809-8170 CST. Please DO NOT EMAIL us because it may go into our spam folder. Due to our high traffic volume we MUST have your Order Number that you receive at checkout. We are unable to track orders by customer name.

Refunds: Refund to your credit card is for the cost of the product plus the shipping cost of 50 cents per pound of the total weight exceeding over 1 pound. After refund is approved a credit will occur within 14 days.

Sales Tax Charges: Sales tax is required by law to collect all applicable sales tax for the state, counties and cities of Texas.

Handling Fee: Due to different packaging materials needed per each individual order, especially products in glass we have to charge an additional $3 to each order to cover these costs.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction; Dispute Resolution:
(A) Law. Texas law shall govern all use of this site, regardless of the location or citizenship of the user. By using this site, the user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state court in Travis County, Texas or the federal jurisdiction for Austin, Travis County, Texas for federal issues, such as copyright, patent and trademark infringement claims.
