A)  Placing An Order. 

* OrganicMall.com is a distributor for a company who offers us these wonderful products to sell at retail or sometimes below manufacturer's suggested retail price. Once we receive your order we will send it over to this company's warehouse where they will pack your order within 3 business days and have the mail carrier pick up your package, Monday-Friday excluding weekends & holidays. (Please view our 2008 Holiday Schedule below)

* At Organicmall.com your credit card information is double protected with Hacker Safe AND RapidSSL. OrganicMall.com utilizes two of the most technologically advanced interfacing software to protect your personal information. We pay top dollar to make sure that you and your credit card information are double protected!  We feel that these two companies are the very best available at this time.  As technology advances for security so will Organicmall.com. * We do not ship overnight or 1-3 day air. We ship Standard Ground (Please see Shipping Time below). When you place your order and request your package to arrive on a certain day or time OrganicMall.com wil do their best to have your order packaged sooner within 1-2 days, but it is up to the mail carrier when they will deliver your package to your shipping address.  Your may make a request but OrganicMall.com can not guarantee an exact delivery day or time. Please do not place an order if you need your products sooner than stated in these terms.  OrganicMall.com will be unable to give you a refund regarding delivery day & time requests. B)  Arrival Of Order. Orders within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped by Standard Ground using UPS Ground & arrive within 7-9 business days from day of departure. Please allow up to 14 days for your oder to be packaged and picked up by UPS excluding weekends & holidays. (Please see 2008 Holiday Schedule below) Shipping Cost is based on UPS rates and due to different packaging materials & weight we have to charge an additional $3 to each order to cover these costs.  If the cost is more OrganicMall.com will absorb the extra cost.  Your credit card is only billed once and that is at the time of check out.

Note: For Alaska, Hawaii & US territories or military installations, packages will arrive by Parcel Post Mail with Insurance. It may take the mail carrier between 9 - 21 business days to deliver your package excluding weekends & holidays. (Please see Holiday Schedule below.) We are unable to give you a USPS shipping rate at time of check out. If you would like to know your shipping rate before confirming order  please visit USPS.com to calculate your shipping costs using Parcel Post Mail with Insurance (Instructions are below). For reference, the departure zip code is 97021.  After your products are packaged & mailed your credit card will be billed separately for shipping cost. We do not add on a handling fee.  You will be billed exactly what USPS charges.

6.  Click on 'Parcel Post', Additional Postage May Apply.

7.  Click on 'Add Extra Services'

8.  Protection in Transit - Click on 'Insurance'.  The Amount of Insurance is the total cost of your products. Click on Add.

Upon checkout please retain your order form & number because OrganicMall.com is earth-friendly & you will not receive a paper invoice in your packages.
